Bringing Peace, Creating Peacemakers Our purpose is to serve Jesus Christ by helping all people resolve their disputes and make peace with one another. This mission will be accomplished by : providing mediation, arbitration, and conciliation services and training; educating the Christian community on its scriptural call to peacemaking; promoting the personal growth, faith, and dignity of our staff and volunteers; modeling the gospel of Jesus Christ through our unity in diversity and care of staff, volunteer, and client relationships; and maintaining our financial independence and ability to carry out this mission. PURPOSE The purpose of CCR is to glorify God by helping people to resolve disputes in a conciliatory rather than an adversarial manner. In addition to facilitating the resolution of substantive issues, CCR seeks to reconcile those who have been alienated by conflict and to help them learn how to change their attitude and behavior to avoid similar conflicts in the future. GOALS * Seek and capitalize on opportunities to train leaders and lay people in personal peacemaking skills. * Extend the influence of Biblical mediation within the Church and Christian Organizations. * Exemplify the highest caliber of services associated with Biblical Conciliation * Stand as a financially independent, non-profit ministry.
